About the Program:
Established by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, the Small Business Administration's ( SBA) Community Navigator Pilot Program ( CNPP) uses a '' hub and spoke'' model to help small businesses, with a focus on those owned by veterans, women, and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals - including in rural and urban communities. The S.C. Association for Community Economic Development (SCACED) received a grant to serve as the state's hub organization, leading a network of 8''spokeA'' firms who deploy experienced advisors to assist small businesses during economic recovery.
