Savannah Lakes Realty is the ONLY woman-led team with over 4 million dollars in resale sales in 2019. Our operating broker, Jeff Dinos founded Savannah Lakes Realty in 2005 with managing partner Dwight Fleming. After recovering from the financial crisis of 2008 Savannah Lakes Realty added six agents over the years giving us the best agents in Savannah Lakes Village!

We currently serve McCormick County by actively showcasing Savannah Lakes Village and all our charming little town has to offer. Our agents specialize in lots, resale properties, and new construction.
