ServSafe Food Protection Manager
The ServSafe course helps prepare participants for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam.
Training covers these concepts:

- Time and Temperature Control
- Preventing Cross-Contamination
- Cleaning and Sanitizing
- Safe Food Preparation
- Receiving and Storing Food
- Methods of Thawing
- Cooking

- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Food Safety Regulations, and more!
The course will be 6 hours of lecture with an included lunch break, followed by up to 2 hours of testing. Course fees include the digital exam code. Participants should bring materials for note-taking.
