Event Description:
Please join us for this special evening.  We are honored to host guest speaker Chris Singleton at The McCormick County Community Relations Council Annual Banquet.

Chris Singleton is a professional baseball player and a man with a greater mission.  He will share his message of hope and healing that is born out of pain and tragedy: on June 17, 2015 South Carolina and the world were shocked by the racially motivated murders of seven individuals at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston. One of those killed was Chris's mother, Sharonda Coleman-Singleton. You will be moved to tears and inspired to action by this young man and the timeless truth he shares:  "Love Is  Always Stronger Than hate."
