The property is located conveniently close to the Clarks Hill Lake, off HWY 378, within 1 mile of McCormick, SC city center.

A new management took over the property in June 2020, and the place has been upgraded since. The property has 1.6 acres of land, which provides ample parking for trucks with trailers or boats.

There are a total of 16 rooms; 8 of which have two queen beds each, 1 room has a king bed and remaining 7 rooms have 1 queen bed each. Each room is individually airconditioned (perfect for today’s COVID environment), has a 32? flat screen smart TV, a microwave oven, a mini-fridge, a night stand, a desk chair, a vanity space, and an attached bathroom.

The two queen bedrooms and one king size bedroom also include a luggage stand, a working desk, and an easy chair.

The internet has been upgraded to fiber network and is available through network ports or Wi-Fi at no extra charge.
