DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, May 19th\, the McCormick Library will offer an evening program for adults about the benefits of using native plants in the home landscape. Master gardener Judy Kirkland will talk about the importance of pollinators and other insects that benefit from these plants. Everyone will learn how to make their yard part of a healthy ecosystem.\n\n\n\nThe program starts at 6 pm. Light refreshments provided. Attendees will receive free packets of wildflower seeds native to the southeast.
